Anti-Microbial Duct Cleaning - The perfect Odor kill. The fogger allows us to coat the entire inside surface of your ductwork to kill bacteria, mold, mildew, fungi and yeasts. -Whole House Capacity Air Cleaner- The activated carbon pre-filter and the optional after-filter can remove lint and unpleasant odors, atmospheric and household dust, coal dust, insecticides, dust mites, pollen, mold spores, fungi, bacteria, cooking smoke and grease, pet dander and tobacco smoke particles.

Service Agreements

Air Conditioning Manufacturers strongly recommend a preventative maintenance program for you air conditioning and heating system. The idea is to keep minor problems from developing into major ones and to insure the optimal efficiency of your system. Proper maintenance can effectively double the life span of your residential heating & cooling system. Also, can prevent voided warranties on your equipment.

Air Stream offers two types of preventative maintenance plans. A twice-a-year preventive maintenance is recommended for optimal performance and stability. We also offer a once-a-year preventive maintenance to our customers. Each tune-up will include the following and much more:

• Check all amp draws for proper electrical consumption
• Flush and clear A/C Drain Line
• Clear drain Pan and add algaecide tablets
• Check system in both heating & cooling operations
• Check and tightening of high voltage wiring and connections
• Check thermostat operation and proper air temperature readings
• Clean Condensing coils (where accessible)
• Check Refrigerant levels
• Perform visual inspection of duct work
• Clean or replace filter(provided by owners)
• Check temperature differential

Performance Guarantee-Once we’ve tune up your system, you can rest assured for thirty days. Should it fail for a reason we missed, you won’t be charged a cent for labor.**

Additional benefits to our Protection Plan customers are: a 15% discount on any repair service necessary during the term of the maintenance agreement and priority scheduling.

**Performance Guarantee qualification details: Repairs noted by technician during service but declined by customer do not qualify. Should the system being service fail within thirty days of that service for a reason we did not documented, you are not charged the labor to make the repair. Air stream A/C & Electrical will repair the unit and waive the labor charges and diagnostic fee. The Performance Guarantee is not valid on system that are 10 years or older.
